Mesethil is well known for his equipment, found in Asyut at the endof 19th century during an illegalecavation. The contents of the tomb-which at the time of the discovery appeared undisturbed-was mainly soldi to the Cairo Museum.

Artifak ini terbahagi kepada 4 iaitu Imsety, Duamutef, Hapi dan Qebeh Seneuf iaitu hati, perut, jantung dan paru-paru.Kebanyakkannya diperbuat daripada batu dan kayu. Artifak ini berperanan sebagai menyimpan organ mumia.
